Important Information for Clubs

**Information below is pulled from our contract. Signing Contracts and order forms are Due beginning of the year with deposit. Please email us or fill out our contact form to inquire. 

CLUBS: 

-The prices above do not include delivery or stewarding.
- If not all of your birds are used, we will take them back with a restocking fee of $2.50 per bird. (Birds must be in good health and in same condition they left the farm) 

-Training birds, if available, will need at least 24 hrs notice before pick-up. 

- We (NWGB) are not responsible for the dead birds after a trial ends.

Clarification of stewarding: NWGB places the birds, each day, where they are needed, picks up the crates at the end of each stake, feeds and waters the birds each day and takes home the leftover birds. Working at the trial, shooting or throwing are NOT included. IF the steward is needed to shoot or throw we are in need of advance notice and may come with an additional charge. Please know the health and safety of the birds are our top priority.

*As always, we do try to guarantee that all birds are in good health and feathered. In order to guarantee the quality and the quantity of the birds needed for your trial, contracts must be submitted and deposits paid at the beginning of the year. Late orders do cause problems in birds possibly being younger than desired. 

Important: 

- Availability of delivery dates are on a first come first serve basis. 

-Your delivery or pickup date is secured upon receival of your deposit! 

- Trails canceled (60 days) , date change, or location change (30 days) without advance notice will lose their deposit.
-Payment is due at time of delivery or pick-up!

-Deposit Memo must state the type and quantity of bird. (Important for tracking purposes)

-Please make deposits/checks out to “NORTHWEST GAMEBIRDS”
-Dog/Bird count needs to be confirmed as soon as your entries are in so we can make necessary adjustments to your order.
-Trail birds can be picked up at the farm, delivery is not required. 

-NO CRATES will be loaned out. Please supply your own crates!

*Health Certificate & Permits 

-Health certificates are available, $35.00 per certificate. All birds going out of Idaho are subject to a Health Certificate. 

-All permits that have to be purchased to enter Field Trial grounds will be charged to the club.
